Description

We have built an ERP solution for small and medium-sized companies and we are looking for up to three investors to enter the market and start marketing the program. We have been building the program for the last 3 years and the code is written by hand. We offer a good opportunity to buy a stake in a product in the final stages of development. Today, the system is working in a test environment, where we are mainly working on improving the UI side and looking for errors. The program is expected to go into public use in two months.

Investment is needed to complete the project and to enter the market.

Why we believe it works:
• We have used and are currently using similar programs (E-arved, Directo, Remato and Saago, Jobi, Blikk and TimeItAX from abroad) and we are familiar with the pain points of these programs. This also gave rise to the idea of ​​making my own and correcting the errors of other programs.
• The demand for ERP programs is high and constantly growing. This can also be seen from the economic indicators of competitors. E.g. Remato and in Finland Jobi (Webman).
•The product is 95% ready for market launch and we are working on bug fixes and making it better and more user-friendly.
• Our biggest advantage is that you no longer have to use multiple programs. We have modules for invoices, warehouses, tool warehouses, projects, real estate management, time registration, cooperation partners and accounting support, and even digitization of our own invoices. • The program is currently in four languages ​​- EST, ENG, FI and SWE and is also prepared for the Scandinavian market.

We include 100,000.- EUR to reach 200 customers in 18 months and 32,000.- EUR monthly recurring turnover. We are selling 33% of the company's share and ideally to 2-3 investors. Money goes: 50% development, 30% team of first implementations, 20% sales.
