About the project

We are launching a multifunctional creative space: an art hub built around a professional photo studio, equipment rental, our own production team, and a venue for events and masterclasses.

The model is designed for multiple revenue streams from day one, not a single bet.

How it works

• Studio rental: hourly and daily rental for photographers, videographers and brands
• Equipment rental: lighting, backdrops, gear
• In-house production: commercial shoots on location and on-site
• Events & masterclasses: shooting sessions, workshops, creative education
• Co-working sublease: part of the space rented to creative professionals: retouchers, stylists, designers

The team

Two of us. One is the manager and organiser, based between Tallinn and Paris. The other is a practising photographer and videographer with a real portfolio and client experience. The creative and operational sides are covered.

Location

We are considering both Tallinn and Paris, both options are on the table. Investment amount and details depend on the chosen location, open to discuss.

• Equipment purchase
• SMM, social media, branding and initial promotion

What we offer

A share in the business (the exact percentage is open to discussion).
