We are looking for an ambitious investor or partner for the development of an event and entertainment center with high growth potential

We are looking for an investor or strategic partner to implement a large-scale event and entertainment center project with a versatile business model and significant growth potential.

It is a complex under development that combines event management, entertainment, catering and rental services. Our goal is not to create just one entertainment venue, but to develop a versatile company with long-term growth potential that can be expanded in the future with new services, buildings and events.

The project has already started and the first concrete steps have been taken:

• The company uses its own real estate and premises.

• Construction work and preparation of premises are underway.

• The fast food cafe is under construction.

• Branding and marketing identity creation is in progress.

• Two people are already working on project launch and preparations in the office.

• According to the initial plan, we want to create 12-15 jobs.

The project has been assigned a LEADER grant of €60,000, which will be paid out after the supported activities have been implemented and the required conditions have been met. Therefore, we need additional capital in the start-up phase to cover investments, complete construction work, acquire the necessary equipment and resources and reach a functioning company as soon as possible.

A necessary investment

At the moment, the minimum additional funding required to start the project is €130,000. Ideally, we would involve a total of up to €200,000, which would enable the whole project to be launched more comprehensively, to complete the necessary construction works, to acquire the necessary assets related to the project and to increase the company's competitiveness on the rental services market.

The goal of the investment is to reach a working business model as soon as possible, increase sales revenue and create a strong foundation for the company's further development.

A long-term vision

Our ambition is not limited to launching the current project. In the future, we see an opportunity to further develop:

• construction of a new building and construction of additional premises;

• development of the outdoor area and infrastructure necessary for organizing events;

• accommodation services;

• festivals, fairs and other major public events;

• increasing the selection and volume of rental services;

• new entertainment and catering solutions.

Our goal is to shape the project into a complete destination that offers diverse experiences to visitors and creates several different sources of income for the company.

What kind of partner are we looking for?

We are open to two possibilities:

1. Investment in the company (loan) – financing under agreed conditions, with guarantees if necessary. (The €60,000 LEADER grant will repay most of the loan already in spring 2027)

2. Sale of stake in the company – involving a new partner who wants to be a part of the company's long-term growth and development.

It is also possible to discuss a mortgage on the property, a guarantee from a private person or other guarantees suitable for both parties. All conditions are agreed individually, based on the structure of the transaction and the capabilities of the parties.

When selling a share, we are primarily looking for an ambitious and enterprising partner who has the desire and ability to help grow the company. We are not looking for a partner who wants to limit himself to maintaining the existing situation, but a person or company who sees the wider potential of the project and wants to help shape it into something even bigger and stronger.

It is a real development project, the preparations of which are already underway, and the next important stage of which is the involvement of sufficient funding.
