Why do we launch a sub-franchise program and involve partners?

Our strategic goal is the rapid, large-scale and effective expansion of the Domino's Pizza network throughout the Baltic region. We have created a successful and solid operational base, but the involvement of local entrepreneurs is necessary to unlock the full potential of the market.

The main reasons for starting a sub-franchise program are:

- Accelerated growth of the network in new regions: Local partners bring deep market knowledge and strong ties to the community, which enables new pizzerias to be launched in regional cities significantly faster and more efficiently.
-Strategic focus of the master franchisee: By changing the model, we free up resources from the direct day-to-day management of the business at every point. This allows us to fully concentrate on the global development of the brand in the Baltics.
-Central marketing and digital innovation: Our focus remains on a unified national and regional marketing strategy, management of CRM systems, development of loyalty programs and continuous improvement of modern online platforms and digital ordering infrastructure (website and applications).
-Strict control of quality standards and operational activities: We ensure network unity and brand reputation through continuous support, training, certification and periodic OER audits (Operational Evaluation Report), strictly controlling compliance with international standards.
-Scalable ecosystem and supply chain management: We focus on logistics, dough production and maintaining exclusive wholesale prices, which through network expansion strengthens the purchasing power of all partners and increases margins.

We are not looking for passive investors, but long-term strategic partners to build together the leading pizza delivery ecosystem in the Baltics, where the Master franchisee provides a powerful infrastructure and the partner successfully manages the local business.
