General Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms of Use govern the use of \u00c4riportaal.ee (hereinafter the \u201cPortal\u201d). The Portal is operated by \u00c4riportaal O\u00dc (registry code: 17251195). By using the Portal, the user confirms that they have read these terms and agree to comply with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size wp-el\">2. Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-el\">\n<li><strong>User<\/strong> \u2013 any natural or legal person who uses the services of \u00c4riportaal.ee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Listing<\/strong> \u2013 information added by the User about the sale or rental of a business, commercial property or land.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Highlighting<\/strong> \u2013 a paid additional service whereby a listing is displayed in a more visible way in the Portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Moderator<\/strong> \u2013 the Portal administrator who has the right to review and remove listings and content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size wp-el\">3. Use of the Portal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-el\">\n<li>The User has the right to add listings according to the Portal\u2019s categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listings must be accurate, up to date and must not be misleading.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listings that violate the law, the rights of third parties or contain inappropriate content are prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By publishing a listing, the User grants \u00c4riportaal the right to use the content of the listing for marketing purposes (e.g. in ads, on social media).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size wp-el\">4. Service Pricing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">The Portal has a public <a href=\"https:\/\/ariportaal.ee\/en\/info\/pricing\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ariportaal.ee\/en\/info\/hinnakiri\/\">price list<\/a> based on which additional services, such as highlighting, can be ordered. Changes to the price list will be published on the Portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size wp-el\">5. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-el\">\n<li>Services are paid for in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are non-refundable, except if the service was not available due to a technical error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size wp-el\">6. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-el\">\n<li>The Portal is not responsible for the content of listings or for transactions between Users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Portal is not liable for temporary technical interruptions or data loss.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Portal has the right to limit or close the User\u2019s access if the User violates the Terms of Use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size wp-el\">7. Processing of Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size wp-el\">8. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">The design, content, logo and other visual identity of the Portal belong to \u00c4riportaal O\u00dc. Copying or distributing the Portal\u2019s content without prior written consent is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size wp-el\">9. Changes to the Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c4riportaal O\u00dc has the right to amend these terms. Changes take effect once they are published on the Portal. The User undertakes to review the terms regularly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size wp-el\">10.
