Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use govern the use of Äriportaal.ee (hereinafter the “Portal”). The Portal is operated by Äriportaal OÜ (registry code: 17251195). By using the Portal, the user confirms that they have read these terms and agree to comply with them.

2. Definitions

• User – any natural or legal person who uses the services of Äriportaal.ee.
• Listing – information added by the User about the sale or rental of a business, commercial property or land.
• Highlighting – a paid additional service whereby a listing is displayed in a more visible way in the Portal.
• Moderator – the Portal administrator who has the right to review and remove listings and content.

3. Use of the Portal

• The User has the right to add listings according to the Portal’s categories.
• Listings must be accurate, up to date and must not be misleading.
• Listings that violate the law, the rights of third parties or contain inappropriate content are prohibited.
• By publishing a listing, the User grants Äriportaal the right to use the content of the listing for marketing purposes (e.g. in ads, on social media).

4. Service Pricing

The Portal has a public price list based on which additional services, such as highlighting, can be ordered. Changes to the price list will be published on the Portal.

5. Payment

• Services are paid for in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable, except if the service was not available due to a technical error.

6. Liability

• The Portal is not responsible for the content of listings or for transactions between Users.
• The Portal is not liable for temporary technical interruptions or data loss.
• The Portal has the right to limit or close the User’s access if the User violates the Terms of Use.

7. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection rules.

8. Intellectual Property

The design, content, logo and other visual identity of the Portal belong to Äriportaal OÜ. Copying or distributing the Portal’s content without prior written consent is not permitted.

9. Changes to the Terms

Äriportaal OÜ has the right to amend these terms. Changes take effect once they are published on the Portal. The User undertakes to review the terms regularly.
