Description

I am looking for a younger person who would like to become an entrepreneur and participate in the development of an existing ceramics company .

This is not an ordinary job offer, nor is it simply a sale of a company . I would like to find someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset, a practical interest in manufacturing and a long-term desire to move forward with business management and acquisitions .

The company has a production building, necessary equipment and ceramic production capabilities . I have been active in this field for a very long time and can pass on my knowledge and experience to a new partner .

A large initial capital is not necessarily required . It is possible to agree on the gradual acquisition of a share, where a person's contribution, work and company development are taken into account in the agreed way when the share is formed .

I am primarily looking for a person who:

wants to become an entrepreneur himself;
is practical and reliable;
wants to build and develop something himself;
is willing to study a field related to ceramics and production;
not afraid of responsibility .

Age is not the most important thing . It is important entrepreneurial attitude, honesty and the desire to manage the company myself in the future .
