The LunaSkin salon, which started operating in Tallinn at the end of 2023, and its related assets are for sale. LunaSkin is an established brand of aesthetic cosmetology, whose main services are diode laser hair removal and enzyme therapy facial treatments.

The salon is located in the heart of Tallinn at Pärnu mnt 29-5, in the modern Das Haus building, just a few minutes away from the old town. It is a presentable and easily accessible location, with convenient parking facilities nearby.

The salon has a total of three treatment rooms, one of which is in active use, and two offer the possibility of further expansion of the activity. The team includes a total of four employees: two cosmetologists and two administrators.

In 2024, LunaSkin's sales turnover was 306 thousand euros and normalized EBITDA (operating profit before depreciation) was 62 thousand euros.
In 2025, LunaSkin's sales turnover was 203 thousand euros and normalized EBITDA (operating profit before depreciation) was 4 thousand euros.
 

Investments and furnishings

LunaSkin is built affordable luxury as a brand with an emphasis on high-quality customer experience, modern visual identity and a high-class salon environment. A significant investment has been made in the premises, furnishings and equipment of the salon, approx 200,000 euros extent. This includes, among other things, room layout, interior design, built-in furniture, professional diode laser Asclepion Monolith and other fixtures necessary for daily work.
