Description
Selling a functioning global used car parts platform
We offer for sale a functional and scalable digital business unit with a focus on virtual car wreck – a platform that mediates used car spare parts from the European Union market to customers around the world .
It is with a custom-developed portal which has just been rebranded, which sums up approx 100 million products , which is updated in real time . The platform essentially covers all major car brands and spare parts categories and is designed for everyday active business . There is no need to keep the goods in your own "stock", everything is built on the stock of others .
The business solution is not limited to the online store . Over time, the entire ecosystem necessary for operation has been built, including:
- technical platform and data management,
- warehouse solutions in Poland,
- delivery solutions and logistic agreements,
- administrative and operational processes,
- SEO strategy and organic visibility growth model .
The platform was launched for the first time May 1, 2024 . In the first six months, we achieved a turnover of approx 163,000 euros . After major investments in SEO and further development, turnover increased over the next six months 01-07/2025 approximately to 525,000 euros .
There are also validated benchmarks on the market – competitors operating with a similar model, with whom we have worked in the past, are estimated to achieve 300,000-500,000 euros monthly turnover . Platvormi arendusse ja SEO-sse on investeeritud tänaseks 2-3 aasta jooksul ca . 100 000 eurot . Tänaseks on lahendus üles ehitatud viisil, kus igapäevane opereerimine on suures osas automatiseeritud ning äri on hallatav sisuliselt 1–2 inimese poolt .
What the buyer gets
The object of sale is a complete ready-made solution, which includes:
- the portal with the entire technical structure,
- know-how necessary for the operation of the business model (both in terms of development, performance and daily work),
- operational processes and workflows,
- contacts, contracts and agreements related to service provision,
