We are Motley Denim Retail Group OÜ, one of Northern Europe's biggest online retailers of Big size clothing for men.

We are interested in both buying fashion e-commerce businesses where the entrepreneur wants to do an exit or where the entrepreneur is looking for an investor for cash injection and contacts.

If the entrepreneur wants to do an exit the company must have at least two closed fiscal years with active sales and proven concept. Revenue should be 50.000€ or more.

If the entrepreneur is looking for an investor for cash and contacts we can offer office spot and warehousing in our premises in Tähetorni Tehnopark, from where we can also offer distribution to consumers all over Europe. We are especially strong on the Nordic markets.

Depending on materials used in the garments we may also be able to help with production in our partner factories.
