Description

According to the general plan of the Viimsi municipality, the property remains in the area with the primary purpose of prospective commercial land, based on which a plot of land with a specific purpose of commercial land has been formed with the detailed plan and construction rights have been granted for commercial buildings. The proposed commercial buildings are warehouses. The resulting complex can also be built in stages.
